You will manage endpoint protection, vulnerability programs, and SIEM solutions such as Wazuh and Splunk, with a focus on building resilient security architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Fortinet Firewalls.
• Proficient in endpoint protection and EDR solutions.
• Hands-on vulnerability management using Rapid7 or Tenable Nessus.
• SIEM experience with Wazuh or Splunk.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/InfoSec/Cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security architecture across IT and Broadcast infrastructure.
• Support the IT desktop security infrastructure and endpoints.
• Lead vulnerability management and SIEM monitoring, configuration, and tuning.
• Operate in a high-pressure 24-hour news environment delivering robust security.

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join our existing Technology Team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for the support of the IT desktop infrastructure across TV Channel. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security architecture across the organization's IT and Broadcast infrastructure. You will act as the frontline defence, managing endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and SIEM solutions. You will be working in a highly pressured 24-hour news environment where the requirements and level of support will be varied and challenging.

Requirements

• Network Security: Proven experience administering and managing Fortinet Firewalls.
• Endpoint Protection: Deep knowledge of Endpoint Anti-Malware and EDR solutions, specifically TrendMicro, Symantec, and Microsoft Defender.
• Vulnerability Management: Hands-on experience executing and managing vulnerability programs using tools like Rapid7 or Tenable Nessus.
• SIEM Administration: Strong proficiency in monitoring, configuring, and managing SIEM platforms such as Wazuh and Splunk.
• System Knowledge: Understanding of both standard Enterprise IT environments and Broadcast systems architecture.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Core Security: ISC2 CISSP or CC (Certified in Cybersecurity), or CompTIA Security+.
• Network/Firewall: Fortinet NSE 4 or higher (Network Security Expert).
• Operations/Analyst: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or Splunk Core Certified Power User / SIEM specific training.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
