Zusammenfassung

CPX Security is seeking a Manager for GRC Services (Compliance) to lead delivery of regulatory compliance engagements, strengthen client compliance frameworks, and support growth of the compliance proposition in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to the Director – GRC Services and oversees engagement teams, ensuring high-quality, regulation-aligned outcomes.

You will plan and deliver advisory engagements, assess client compliance against laws, design governance structures, and communicate findings

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of relevant compliance experience in consulting, advisory, regulator or in-house environments.
• Minimum 2 years managing compliance engagements end to end.
• Experience with compliance framework design and regulatory gap assessment.
• Experience with cyber governance programs and regulatory reporting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security or Risk Management; Master’s preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver compliance advisory engagements, including framework design and gap assessments.
• Lead and coach a team of consultants and analysts; manage scope, budgets and timelines.
• Serve as primary client contact for compliance and risk stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Support proposals, scoping and pricing for compliance opportunities.
