Job summary

Sia is seeking a CX Design Consultant to support design and redesign of Abu Dhabi government services. You will identify pain points, design future-state services, and translate insights into structured designs aligned with Abu Dhabi standards.

The role requires hands-on service design experience, strong stakeholder facilitation, and fluency in Arabic with English proficiency. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work within the Sia Village culture and drive customer-centered transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, Business Process Design, Management Consulting or Government Transformation.
• Hands-on experience designing or redesigning services using established service design methodologies and tools.
• Ability to develop customer personas, customer journey maps, service blueprints and delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi government services environment and TAMM platform.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory; professional English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and redesign of government services from current-state assessment to future-state design.
• Conduct discovery sessions with Service Owners and stakeholders to understand objectives and pain points.
• Develop personas, journey maps and service blueprints representing customer needs and touchpoints.
• Map end-to-end service delivery processes with roles, systems and dependencies.
• Plan and facilitate ideation workshops with Service Owners and technology teams.
• Prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
• Translate findings into structured service transformation action plans and documentation.
