Job summary

SIA Partners seeks a CX Design Consultant to support Abu Dhabi government service design and redesign efforts. You will map customer journeys, design service blueprints, and coordinate with Service Owners and Technology teams to translate insights into actionable plans.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in CX, service design, and government transformation, with familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s TAMM platform and service design standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience, Service Design, Business Process Design, Management Consulting or Government Transformation.
• Hands-on experience designing or redesigning services using established service design methodologies and tools.
• Strong capability in developing customer personas, journey maps and service blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end government service design and redesign projects.
• Conduct discovery sessions with Service Owners and stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Develop As-Is/To-Be journeys, service blueprints and end-to-end processes.
