Cutting List Surveyor (Interior Design/ Interior Fit Out)

Are you a detail-oriented Cutting List Surveyor with a background in furniture or interior fit-out projects? We are partnering with a well-established company in Sharjah that is looking for a dedicated professional to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
2. Manage project budgets, pricing, and material quantities.
3. Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
4. Monitor site progress and update cost tracking sheets.
5. Assist in preparing and submitting interim and final payment applications.
6. Prepare cutting lists and ensure materials are optimized for production.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3–5 years of experience in the furniture or fit-out industry.
2. Strong experience in preparing cutting lists is highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
