Job summary

Duncan & Ross is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead for an onsite engagement in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering SAP implementation activities within the Governance stream, ensuring high-quality go-live readiness and alignment with business requirements.

You will lead Cutover tasks across design, build, testing and deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare deployment materials and documentation for SITs over a 6–9 month initial contract.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of SAP project management experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Cutover activities and go-live readiness.
• Experience leading Cutover teams during SITs and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP Cutover tasks during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Prepare deployment materials, tests, and documentation; support issue resolution and performance enhancements.
