Job description

Demand communication: Have in-depth communication with the client to understand the customized requirements, space dimensions and functional requirements.

Scheme design

We offer full-house customization and single-item furniture design solutions (including 2D drawings, 3D renderings and renderings).

Optimize the structural design to ensure that the plan complies with the requirements of production process and cost control.

Technology implementation:

Output precise production drawings (CAD order breakdown drawings, BOM bill of materials).

Collaborate with the factory to solve technical problems in production and installation.

Project Management: Follow up on project progress to ensure a smooth entire process from design to delivery

Skills

Educational Background:

College degree or above, majoring in interior design, furniture design, industrial design or related fields.

Work Experience:

More than 3 years of experience in custom furniture/full-house custom design (a portfolio is required).

Those familiar with high-end customization (such as Italian style, minimalism) are preferred.

Software skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max (essential).

Proficient in V-Ray/KeyShot rendering and skilled in Office/WPS office software.

Professional knowledge:

Familiar with boards (solid wood, particle board, multi-layer board), hardware, and surface treatments (UV, PET, baking varnish).

Understand the structural mechanics, ergonomics and industry standards of furniture (such as environmental protection grades E1/E0).

Measurement and Spatial Planning

Capable of independently completing on-site precise measurements (including irregular Spaces), and optimizing the layout in combination with ergonomics.

Practical operation of design software

CAD drawing: Output 1:1 production-level drawings (including three-view drawings and detailed node drawings).

Rendering of renderings: Proficient in using SketchUp/3ds Max + V-Ray/KeyShot to create realistic scene renderings.

Driving ability:

With a valid driver's license, one can drive to the customer's site or factory (a driving record certificate is required).
