We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and Arabic to join our Dubai team and deliver exceptional service that brings our motto to life: Fly, Stay, Play – All with SKY SEEKERS Today!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients via phone, email, and chat, google meet, answering inquiries about national tour packages (e.g., UAE staycations, Abu Dhabi cultural tours) and international tour packages (e.g., Schengen adventures, Maldives getaways).
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information in English and Arabic, ensuring clients feel confident in their travel plans.
• Resolve booking issues, handle itinerary changes, and address concerns with empathy to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of tour packages and personalized client experiences.
• Update and maintain client records in our CRM system, tracking interactions and preferences for seamless follow-ups.
• Stay informed about travel trends, visa requirements, and destination highlights to offer expert guidance.

Who You Are:

• A customer service professional with 1-2 years of experience, ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with UAE’s diverse clientele.
• Passionate about travel, with knowledge of popular destinations (e.g., Europe, Azerbaijan, Maldives) and UAE attractions.
• Skilled at managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with bilingual customer support is a plus.
