Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Management: Creating and preparing sales orders following SOPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to ensure tasks are completed on time and resolving inter-departmental issues.
- ERP and CRM Systems Maintenance: Regularly updating systems for data accuracy, maintaining detailed records, and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Customer Insights and Reporting: Providing detailed reports on customer needs, feedback, market competition, and opportunities for new products.
- Process and System Improvement: Identifying areas for enhancement, proposing solutions, and participating in implementing changes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer queries promptly and building strong relationships through excellent service.
Required Qualifications, Skills, or Experience:
- Customer Support Experience: 1+ years in customer support, sales coordination, or similar roles, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- ERP Expertise: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred) and hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting), and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data handling, analysis, and reporting skills, with an analytical mindset to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong relationship-building skills, and a willingness to collaborate across teams.
- Organizational Skills: High accuracy in documentation and data entry, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
