A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide assistance through various communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities. Required Customer Support Representative immediately for Dubai (UEA). Any Graduate Male (21 - 30) with 0-2yrs experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.
Troubleshooting problems, processing returns or exchanges, and taking steps to resolve complaints.
Offering assistance through various channels like phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updates, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
Being empathetic, patient, and professional, and creating a positive experience for customers.
Adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and policies when interacting with customers and handling their requests.
Collaborating with other departments and teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective communication.
Skills and Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and conveying information clearly.
Ability to quickly assess and solve customer issues, offering effective solutions.
Remaining calm and understanding under pressure, and demonstrating empathy towards customers' concerns.
Adjusting to different situations and customer needs, and being able to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Familiarity with computers and basic software, as well as with CRM or ticketing systems.
