Job Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries through various channels (chat, phone) with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues, driving process improvements and customer retention.
Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on issue status and resolution timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, showcasing a foundational understanding of customer service principles.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, demonstrating expertise in handling diverse customer needs.
Fluency in Telugu (Must), Hindi.
Should be comfortable working for 12 hrs shift.
