Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries through various channels (chat, phone) with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring issues, driving process improvements and customer retention.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on issue status and resolution timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, showcasing a foundational understanding of customer service principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, demonstrating expertise in handling diverse customer needs.
  • Fluency in Telugu (Must), Hindi.
  • Should be comfortable working for 12 hrs shift.
