Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding fire safety products, services, and maintenance.
  • Handle complaints professionally and coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, sales) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Track and follow up on service tickets and client requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and service history in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to technical support or field service teams when necessary.
  • Support internal teams with customer feedback, recurring issues, or improvement suggestions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the fire safety, security, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Familiarity with fire safety systems, components, and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple customer requests effectively.
