Job description
Job Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding fire safety products, services, and maintenance.
Handle complaints professionally and coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, sales) to resolve issues quickly.
Track and follow up on service tickets and client requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records and service history in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to technical support or field service teams when necessary.
Support internal teams with customer feedback, recurring issues, or improvement suggestions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the fire safety, security, or industrial equipment sectors.
Familiarity with fire safety systems, components, and industry regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple customer requests effectively.
