Job description
  • To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of work.
  • Providing hardware and software support for all customers.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and network devices.
  • To generate more business from customers.
  • Hands-on experience with security, networking, server, and storage.
  • To be available and responsible for any issues at customer sites related to the solution.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field): 5+ years UAE experience.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE, should have a valid UAE driving license.

Professional Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, Cisco, HP, Fortinet, SonicWall, MS, Azure, etc.

Skills & Abilities

Virtualizations: Hyper-V and VMware. MS Cloud Technologies: Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory. Backup and Recovery: Acronis and Veeam Backup. Mail Solutions: MS Exchange and Office 365. Security Solutions: SonicWall, Cisco, and Fortinet. WiFi Solutions: Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK. Firewall Solutions: Fortigate, SonicWall, Sophos. Server and Storage: HP, Fujitsu, Lenovo, EMC, NETAPP.
