About Us:

FundingPips is a fast-growing fintech company dedicated to empowering traders with world-class tools and services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Assist clients with questions related to our services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through effective solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
  5. Document and track customer interactions in our support system for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and continuously enhance the customer experience.
  7. Contribute to the development of support resources, such as FAQs and guides.
  8. Monitor and analyze support trends to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Forex trading field.
  2. At least 2 years in a customer support role or 3 years in a customer-facing role.
  3. Fluent English speaker (native or near-native level) with fluency in at least one additional language: Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, or Portuguese.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in customer support tools and software.
  8. Resilient under pressure, with strong multitasking skills.
