Customer Success Manager - UAE

Location: United Arab Emirates

Role: Permanent or full-time contractor

Due to growth, we are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager with knowledge of Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.

The Customer Success Manager will:

  1. Visit key clients, represent the company at local events, host meetings, facilitate demos and technical workshops, and identify opportunities to expand customer engagements.
  2. Act as the first responder for customer inquiries, demonstrating high client focus, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate solutions effectively.
  3. Be responsible for writing successful proposals and driving efficiency in the proposal process, aiming for rapid turnaround times.
  4. Maintain a proactive and responsive approach in customer communications, understanding customer relationships, internal politics, and project blockers.

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Experience in customer dealings, preferably with a background in the AEC industry, property sales, or property development, and experience in property creative media production.
  2. Hands-on, proactive, and highly responsive in customer interactions.
  3. Based in the UAE, fluent in English, with Arabic as a significant advantage, and familiarity with AEC tools like SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Esri.

Note: We are not seeking a target-driven outbound sales person. We value individuals with strong people skills, who understand customer relationships, internal politics, and project blockers.
