As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional experiences for some of the world's leading media, sports, and entertainment brands. Your role blends program management, customer advocacy, and cross-functional leadership to ensure your clients derive maximum value from your products and services.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to align business goals, coordinate major development projects, and maintain high-quality service delivery across platforms. From onboarding to long-term engagement, you will champion customers success with a deep focus on ROI, value realization, and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

1. Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
2. Lead onboarding and training initiatives to ensure smooth product adoption.
3. Manage complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on timely, budget-conscious delivery.
4. Monitor key success metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
5. Advocate for customer needs across internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
6. Facilitate VIP-level post-event and post-project engagement opportunities.

What you should bring:

1. 7-10 years of experience across Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
2. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced tech or media environment.
3. Strong communication and storytelling skills, adaptable to both technical and executive audiences.
4. A passion for technology, deep curiosity, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
5. Expertise in the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
