Job description
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow strategic relationships with key industrial clients
- Lead reliability improvement and maintenance optimization projects
- Deliver ROI-focused solutions to senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and operational efficiency
- Travel extensively across the EMEA region
Qualifications:
- More than 10 years in reliability engineering, asset management, or consulting
- Strong experience in industries like oil & gas, cement, steel, or FMCG
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Based in UAE with flexibility for regional travel
- Engineering degree and preferably an MBA
