Business Job Title: Customer Success Manager, Digital Science – MEA
Direct Report To: Director, Sales

Responsibility for the development of Digital Science software and services business across the assigned territory managing and developing existing customer accounts and driving growth via new customer satisfaction. The account responsibility may be for one or several, strategic or key accounts, as well as developing accounts. This position carries a sales quota for a specific geographic area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing Digital Science accounts growing the software, services and support portfolio
- Successfully present our solutions for new business across the territory
- Proactively meet with customers throughout the region on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage existing partner in the assigned territory and identify new partner
- Ensure implementation schedules and support activities are aligned with commitments to customers and to management
- Build commitment and closure at each stage of the sales, service and support process
- Conduct, where applicable, quarterly account reviews and updates the account plans on a regular basis to reflect progress and market changes
- Maintain and update a list of prospects along side the Account Manager
- Qualify potential opportunities early in the sales cycle and manage the pipeline to ensure that opportunities are pursued in a timely way and revenue expectations are met
- Collaborate with other groups within Thermo to implement appropriate strategies to address business opportunities and overcome obstacles
Requirements:
- Proven software sales and technical experience preferably at enterprise level within a scientific domain
- Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and written) is mandatory, other European languages is a plus
- Scientific, Business Administration or IT degree - preferred
- Account Planning & Customer Management Background
- Experience in cooperating with local channel partners
- Ability to drive new business development activities as well as to negotiate and close sales contracts
- Willingness to travel 50% - 75%
