Are you our new Customer Success Intern?

We Offer

As our new Customer Success Intern, we look at yourself supporting the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about customer relationship management, sales support, and training coordination in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Learning Opportunities include Exposure to customer success strategies and tools, Hands-on experience with Sales tools and booking systems, Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management and in general development of communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Customer Engagement: Help respond to client inquiries and follow up on feedback to ensure satisfaction.

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing materials and updating client records.

  • CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems and booking platforms.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and training delivery to support smooth service execution.

  • Market Research: Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and gathering insights on client needs.

  • Meeting Participation: Join internal and client meetings to observe and contribute to discussions on customer success strategies.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person with a Bachelor/Master’s Degree or similar. You may be newly educated but determination on sales enablement and customer retention should be in your confidence your key strength . We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:

  • Recent graduates or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities

  • Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
