Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs, ensuring clients seamlessly adopt and maximize the value of our solutions. You will guide new customers through personalized onboarding journeys and provide engaging training sessions to empower their success.

Additionally, you will support customer retention and growth by proactively addressing client needs, resolving inquiries, and fostering strong relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Join our team to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment!

Qualifications

  • Comfort with software, no-code tools, and learning CleverFlow’s platform quickly
  • No programming knowledge required but a grasp of platform is key
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze usage data, identify at-risk accounts, and drive success strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Prior experience in a customer success or account management role is a plus
