We help restaurants focus on providing exceptional dining experiences by removing payment hassles, increasing table turnover, and improving operational efficiency, which boosts profits. The role

As a Customer Success Associate, you will onboard and train restaurant teams on qlub, manage client accounts, analyze data for operational improvements, collaborate with the product team to enhance qlub, implement process improvements, and upsell additional products to existing clients. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Onboarding restaurants (in-person and virtually), training their teams, and ensuring they derive value from qlub.
  2. Managing account relationships and fostering growth.
  3. Analyzing data to identify insights and improve operations.
  4. Working with the product team to enhance qlub and influence the global product roadmap.
  5. S suggesting process improvements and implementing current processes.
  6. Upselling and cross-selling qlub products to existing clients.
What are we looking for?
  • A relevant business degree.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Up to 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle for on-site visits.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Availability to be on the ground during peak lunch/dinner services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience in management positions within hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A desire to build something big and make a measurable impact.
  • Self-motivation and a result-oriented mindset, proactively seeking to reach and exceed targets.
