Job summary

A leading banking institution in Dubai is looking for a Customer Services Support Officer to deliver excellent customer service and support the customer service team. Candidates should have previous banking experience and strong communication skills. This position is exclusive for UAE Nationals.

Qualifications

  • Previous banking experience in a similar role is required.
  • Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries is a must.
  • A detailed understanding of asset products is required.
  • In-depth understanding of internal processes and systems is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and provide monthly reports.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved within agreed turnaround times.
  • Perform other tasks specified by management.

Role: Customer Services Support Officer

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose: Deliver Excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards

Key Accountabilities
  • Opening and closing applicant on time.
  • Ensure proper implementation and follow up with timely.
  • Prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Performed efficient troubleshooting of issues.
  • Ensure TAT is adhered to and where possible exceed customer expectations
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments in a professional manner
  • Participate in regular review and development meeting with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and provide monthly report
  • Keeping a record and details of actions taken
  • Supporting customer service agents
  • Provides technical help to colleagues if required.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies
  • Perform other task specified by management.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved with agreed TAT
  • Positive customer feedback
  • Deliver professionalism when dealing other departments
