Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve customer service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance of staff and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, coach, and provide feedback/guidance to staff members.
• Resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner.
• Monitor workflow processes and recommend improvements as needed.
• Analyze data related to staff performance, customer service levels, etc.
