Work in USA is seeking a dedicated Supervisor in Abu-Dhabi to lead a small team and deliver consistent customer service. This full-time role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the capacity to make timely decisions under pressure.

You will develop strategies to improve service levels, monitor staff performance, train and mentor teammates, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and develop teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategies to improve customer service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance of staff and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure that staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, coach, and provide feedback/guidance to staff members.
• Resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner.
• Monitor workflow processes and recommend improvements as needed.
• Analyze data related to staff performance, customer service levels, etc.
