Then you could be the perfect candidate to join our experienced and close-knit team of Customer Service Specialists supporting the Danfoss Middle East & North Africa team from our office in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer network.
  2. Verify incoming orders, pricing, and terms of delivery, as well as product availability.
  3. Partner and coordinate with Danfoss international manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery of products.
  4. Confirm orders with customers, answer queries, and respond to customer needs.
  5. Provide internal stakeholders with support in order processing and product delivery.
  6. Support the External Sales Team.
  7. Build and maintain a strong internal network to provide the best customer support.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
  3. Broad knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  4. SAP skills, including Salesforce experience.
  5. Strong team ethic, initiative, and self-awareness.
  6. Service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
  7. Positive approach to diversity and cross-cultural communication.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French and Arabic are advantages.
