- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to verify satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Foster a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions, building rapport and trust with clients.
