Job Overview

The Client Service Agent serves as the front-line representative for Shoe Care, ensuring that every client receives outstanding service from start to finish. This role requires a proactive, sales-minded individual who can manage client inquiries, upsell additional services, and support daily operations—including stepping in as a reliever when needed. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist clients with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and helpful environment.
  2. Diversely handle client service tasks, including selling and complaint management.
  3. Handle client inquiries across various channels (using our CRM tools) and resolve issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Provide accurate information about our shoe care services, pricing, and turnaround times.
  5. Actively promote and upsell additional products and services to maximize client satisfaction and increase sales.
  6. Process orders, returns, and payments efficiently using customer management systems.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including all shoe care customer experience-related processes.
  8. Act as a reliever when necessary, supporting other sub-departments or team members during absences, breaks, annual leaves, or peak periods.
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and branded workspace in accordance with company standards.
  10. Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service offerings.
  11. Adhere to all company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (experience in shoe care and bag care is a plus).
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services.
  4. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
  5. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  6. Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
