Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role involves front desk operations and client service responsibilities, requiring someone who is organized, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage front desk activities including scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Manage courier and mail services.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and internal communications.
