Salary: 3000AED + Accommmodation +Medical

Reports to: Leasing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our leasing team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling client inquiries, supporting the leasing process, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. The role may also require accompanying clients for property viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Guide clients through the leasing process, including initial contact, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings with potential tenants.
  • Accompany clients to property viewings when required, providing information and answering questions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the leasing and property management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients after viewings to gather feedback and support the closing process.
  • Support in the preparation of leasing agreements and necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure all company policies and customer service standards are followed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or leasing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to conduct client property viewings when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with occasional field work (property viewings).
  • May require working during weekends or evenings depending on client appointments.
