A prominent educational institution in the UAE is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist students, faculty, and visitors. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Candidates must be locally available or from any GCC country.

Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Provide information about university programs, courses, and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Resolve student and customer issues efficiently and courteously
Collaborate with departments to ensure excellent service delivery
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an educational environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
