About the Client

We are sourcing on behalf of a reputable rental car company headquartered in Dubai, known for its excellent customer care, high-quality vehicle fleet, and efficient service. The company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its front-line team and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all customers.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling reservations, inquiries, check-ins, and returns. Your role is essential in delivering a positive customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with rental reservations, check-ins, and returns
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle options, rental policies, pricing, and promotions
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain organized customer records and update rental agreements in the system
  • Coordinate with drivers and fleet team to ensure timely vehicle availability
  • Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, or upgrades when appropriate
  • Ensure the customer service desk is clean, well-stocked, and professional in appearance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional appearance, friendly attitude, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or POS systems
  • UAE residency and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Prior experience in the car rental or automotive industry
  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, etc.)
  • Valid UAE driving license
