Job description

As a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, Al Tayer Group's retail division, Al Tayer Insignia, hosts a portfolio of some of the world’s best luxury brands in fashion, jewellery, home, and department store categories. Complementing its position in luxury retail, Al Tayer Insignia has also expanded into lifestyle retail, representing leading brands in Beauty, Home, Fashion, and Hospitality sectors. Job Purpose

To provide customers with accurate information regarding local areas of interest, hotel bookings, transportation, and other requests.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers with all inquiries, both store-related and non-related, and provide directions and information about the store and Dubai.
  2. Maintain detailed knowledge of daily activities and alert the relevant Manager to potential issues.
  3. Advise on Amber Queries and issue gift vouchers.
  4. Maintain current tourism information on key city occurrences, including directions to points of interest, restaurants, shopping, cinemas, sports, recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems, and events.
  5. Collect new Amber Application forms daily, update customer profiles on the loyalty program, check card printing status, and update forms with correct stamps. Prepare for driver collection and assist customers and staff as needed.
  6. Update and log queries regarding card status, ensure follow-up, and maintain trackers.
  7. Explain the Amber Loyalty program benefits, participating stores, and web card features to customers.
  8. Call Amber customers to collect their cards.
  9. Print replacement cards for lost cards, informing customers about new account numbers and activation times.
  10. Provide customers with points balance information, expiry dates, and usage instructions.
  11. Update the master sheet daily, conduct stock counts, update trackers, and replenish stock from storage.
  12. Conduct weekly audits and circulate reports as needed.
  13. Assist with in-store promotions, distribute coupons, update trackers, explain promotion details, and coordinate with management.
  14. Answer internal and external calls, providing required information.
Job Requirements
Languages
  • English (Written and Oral). Arabic is a plus.

Education
  • High School qualification with computer literacy, numeric, and analytical skills.
Experience
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy.
