About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative at REDA Chemicals' Head Office in Dubai, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing customer orders and coordinating purchase orders with suppliers. This position requires proactive communication with all stakeholders to minimize lead times and ensure efficient order processing. You will also provide regular status updates to managers and keep the sales team informed of order progress.

A key part of the role involves identifying and fulfilling customer needs, building trusted relationships, and delivering accurate, timely information to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales department by efficiently processing customer orders.
  • Handle requests from the sales team and place purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Provide periodic status reports on orders to managers.
  • Keep the sales team informed of the latest order updates.
  • Minimize order lead times through proactive communication with all relevant parties.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Foster sustainable relationships and build trust with customer accounts through open, interactive communication.
  • Deliver accurate, complete, and timely information to customers using appropriate tools and methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical or Personal Care industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
