Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to assist customers
  3. Assist clients with issues, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and satisfaction was achieved
  7. Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer service process
  8. Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
  2. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  4. Customer-oriented with a passion for providing excellent service
  5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
