Customer Service Representative

1. The role will be primarily involved in customer interaction, understanding the customer requirements and showing various designs and jewelry items that suit the requirement, budget and taste of the customers.

2. Would also be involved in generating sales and achieving the monthly sales and Old Gold purchase targets.

3. Maintaining the stock, ensuring that the stocks are displayed properly and also managing the visual merchandising.

4. Assisting the branch in-charges in stock counting, stock transfer, maintaining proper inventory of the stocks and any new stock purchase.

5. Deliver sales service in a professional, prompt and friendly manner.
