Key Accountabilities:

  • Process all transactions with the highest quality (no errors), ensuring internal procedures are followed.
  • Communicate with applicants when necessary.
  • Support Team Leaders and Head of Applicant Support when needed.
  • Provide feedback on process improvement to the Line Manager.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Line manager as needed.

To join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a similar operational role within business set up and company formation.
  • Strong command of operational systems to execute transactions.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem solving capability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible with working hours (including night shift).

Language skills:

  • English.
