- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office required.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients worldwide through live support and emails.
- Handle back-office queries and technical issues.
- Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and account approvals.

- Assist clients worldwide through live support
- Answer emails assisting with the opening of client accounts amending existing accounts maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
- Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
- Handle of Backoffice queries
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
- Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
- Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
- Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts
Qualifications :
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
- Good command of communication skills required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in MS office application and computer skills
- Knowledge of Financial Market will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
