Job description

  • Must beFluent in English and Mandarin
  • Assist clients worldwide through live support
  • Answer emails assisting with the opening of client accounts amending existing accounts maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
  • Handle of Backoffice queries
  • Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
  • Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
  • Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
  • Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
  • Good command of communication skills required
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office application and computer skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Market will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage
