What Does a Customer Service Representative Do?
In this role, you will be the voice of FAB resolving customer queries, offering product guidance, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the bank's commitment to excellence. This is a part of our nationalization initiative to empower local talent in high-impact roles.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve service-related issues within authorized guidelines and escalate as needed
- Promote FAB products and services based on customer needs
- Meet targets related to customer satisfaction and quality metrics
- Update and manage customer records in compliance with internal standards
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer and bank-related data
- Adapt to scheduled and on-call shifts in line with service demand
- Support team initiatives and assist with additional tasks as directed
What Skills Are Needed for a Customer Service Role in Abu Dhabi?
Education: High School certificate or equivalent
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within banking
