Responsibilities
- Assist customers and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders efficiently and professionally.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Listen to customers' needs and direct them to the appropriate department or person, ensuring a smooth and helpful interaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate feedback information with team members and customers.
- Process customer orders accurately in the system, including entry, modification, and tracking.
- Provide clear information required in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate order status updates to customers and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and LPOs.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
