Job description

Creating a positive first impression, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. To support the customer service department and team in achieving yearly departmental objectives, exceeding customer expectations, and creating a seamless, positive, and memorable experience across all channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers and resolve any issues that arise.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders efficiently and professionally.
  3. Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
  4. Listen to customers' needs and direct them to the appropriate department or person, ensuring a smooth and helpful interaction.
  5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure effective communication.
  6. Coordinate feedback information with team members and customers.
  7. Process customer orders accurately in the system, including entry, modification, and tracking.
  8. Provide clear information required in a friendly and professional manner.
  9. Communicate order status updates to customers and ensure timely processing.
  10. Ensure proper filing of all documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and LPOs.
  11. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Skills Required
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good experience in using personal computers and various software packages.
