Service Manager at ABC Coffee Roasters, Dubai

Required work experience: at least 3 years in hospitality

ABC Coffee Roasters is a chain of premium cafes/restaurants. Today, our company has 12 cafes (3 in Dubai), 2 central kitchens and 2 roasteries in 2 countries. (And next year - London)

We are building the most recognizable coffee brand in Dubai and we are looking for a person for the position of a Service Manager who shares our values and ready to grow with our young team of enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting recruitment: sourcing, interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Onboarding and training new team members, including corporate culture, service standards, and floor mentoring
  • Daily control of service, uniform, display, food and beverage standards
  • Conducting final exams and arranging additional trainings as needed
  • Driving improvements in service and team operations through feedback and regular audits
Our expectations from you
  • Active attitude and people-oriented mindset
  • English level C1, Russian would be an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of service standards and team training experience
  • Strong organizational, leadership and stress-resistance skills
