Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading Multinational Manufacturer who are looking to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Support Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This role will support various business units and will oversee and lead all customer satisfaction initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for any order management related matters.

This role will be heavily geared towards communicating with different internal stakeholders and global B2B client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order management cycle, developing strategies for continuous improvement and to minimise quality issues. As the main point of contact for customer requests, the incumbent will oversee account onboarding, order follow up and will monitor trends to support demand planning and sales forecasting.

Our client is looking to hire an individual who is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive nature who can work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of working in a B2B technical sales environment, where they have led successful customer satisfaction initiatives.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 5 years minimum experience in a similar position working for a multinational manufacturer handling after sales customer service and order management. Due to the market coverage involved there will be occasional travel required to Europe and GCC to visit clients.
