Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational food manufacturing FMCG company. Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join their team.
Your core responsibility will be to support the business unit by maintaining strong customer management and development. You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints, order management, fulfillment, and end-to-end logistics operations.
Main duties include maintaining strong customer relations, managing market complaints, taking ownership of the supply side of customer collaboration, and ensuring product availability. Additionally, you will guarantee that customer-specific demand and inventory requirements are communicated effectively.
The successful candidate will support sales, marketing, and finance activities across all categories within the GCC region.
You should be CIPS qualified, have excellent SAP operating experience, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer service, logistics, or supply chain role within a leading multinational company.
