Customer Service Export, MENA Job Vacancy in Dubai UAE

Work Area: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Purpose Statement: Works in accordance with Local Sales strategies to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order handling, complaint resolution, and assist the sales force wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process orders coming in through fax, email, or telephone for clients according to specific requirements, including packing & consignment orders, free distributions, returns, etc.
  2. Monitor the full shipment processes (e.g. Warehouse and/or carrier).
  3. Prepare special shipments on request.
  4. Control and send invoices.
  5. Submit purchasing documents and relevant records.
  6. Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
  7. Respond to inquiries from sales agents, pharmacists, nurses, and/or physicians concerning orders, shipments, product availability, etc.
  8. Manage backorders.
