  2. Manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
  3. Generate leads, call clients to sell and cross-sell aesthetic treatments and products.
  4. Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  5. Provide detailed information about treatments, products, and post-care instructions.
  6. Assist in developing promotional materials and service packages.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the clinic's database.
  8. Conduct follow-up calls to clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address further questions.
