A leading retail group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries at the customer service desk in Oasis Mall, Sharjah. This role requires a High School diploma and proficiency in English and Arabic. The representative will ensure tenant relations and handle basic administration tasks, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
The candidate will be based at the customer service desk at the mall, managing customer enquiries about shops, gift cards or raffle coupons, and any related matters. The person will also coordinate with the facility team of any maintenance requirements. The candidate will also maintain good relations with tenants of the mall, assisting or guiding them with their operational requirements, and carry out basic administration work.
