Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  5. Document and update customer records accurately.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  2. Fresher or experience in a customer service role.
  3. Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
