Giving complete information to all walk-in customers & telephonic inquiries regarding our procedures & services.
Providing friendly consultation to assist customers in selecting training programs as per their eligible needs.
Checking and verifying the required documents.
Entering the details in company software for computerized registrations.
Handling special requests proposed by customers.
Navigating customers to other departments ensuring a hassle-free service.
Promoting occupational health and safety within the organization.
3-4 years of customer service experience in UAE.
Fluency in English, Malayalam & Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
