Customer Service Representative
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
  • Engage and assist customers waiting inside the store with RxN.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
