Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
Educate customers about products and services to meet their needs effectively.
Adhere to company policies and UAE regulations with a focus on service excellence.
Requirements:
Must be a UAE National with an excellent command of English;
Previous experience in customer service or a related field within the service industry is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
