A dynamic retail company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Executive fluent in Arabic and English. In this customer-facing role, you will manage inquiries through various channels, assist with translations, and ensure excellent customer follow-ups. About the Role:
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you will manage inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media. You’ll also assist with translations and play a key part in customer follow-ups and retargeting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and lead recovery
- Manage Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business API
- Handle orders, returns, exchanges, and shipping questions
- Translate content Arabic English
- Escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
- Maintain CRM records and share weekly reports
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong experience with WhatsApp Business, Meta tools, and CRM systems
- Solid understanding of eCommerce order and return flows
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including weekends
