In this customer-facing role, you will manage inquiries through various channels, assist with translations, and ensure excellent customer follow-ups. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in customer service, strong skills in WhatsApp Business, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and lead recovery.
  • Manage Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business API.
  • Handle orders, returns, exchanges, and shipping questions.
  • Translate content from Arabic to English.
  • Escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain CRM records and share weekly reports.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you will manage inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media. You’ll also assist with translations and play a key part in customer follow-ups and retargeting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
