Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Admin / CSE at Real Estate Dubai located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Admin / CSE will be responsible for providing personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, and clerical skills to support the real estate team in their day-to-day operations.

Experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry is required for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telesales and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients, introducing our real estate services and generating interest in available properties. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.
  • Client Management: Address client inquiries and provide detailed responses to ensure a positive experience. Provide information about properties, pricing, and market trends to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Government Portals: Oversee the management of DLD (Dubai Land Department) and Trakheesi portals for property registrations, renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Contracts: Prepare and manage sales contracts (Contract Types A, B, and F) in accordance with Dubai Land Department regulations and company guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Property Portals: Assist in the accurate and timely listing of properties on portals such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, ensuring high-quality content including photos, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Leads Management: Manage leads generated through online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective communication to facilitate property viewings and potential transactions.
  • Compliance Update: Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, legal requirements, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Administration, within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations and the Dubai REST app to create forms A/B and contract F.
  • Familiarity with local property portal algorithms and scoring systems (e.g., Propertyfinder, Bayut) to optimize listings and property visibility.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of various software platforms and the ability to create automations (e.g., Monday.com, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MacOS and real estate management software (e.g., Propertyfinder, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to handle personal errands when required.
  • 1 Year+ Dubai real estate administration department experience.

Details:

This role is office based in Business Bay.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00-18:00.

Salary is AED 3,000/- plus commission.
